2nd bike in the space of 12 months purchased, and the range and assistance provided helping my daughter get a bike to suit her growing frame was greatly appreciated. Would have been 5 stars, but when I went to get the bike, it took 45 minutes to get served, and all I was doing was picking up. Although Christmas in COVID times is a strain on all retail staff.
