A few years ago we bought my son the Mongoose Mitygoose and it is still going strong, so we knew we would be getting our daughter the Missygoose. I bought online and picked up in store. Communication was great and pick up was easy and fast, before we left they did safety checks to ensure the bike was safe to go. I’m very happy with my purchase
