I bought a new bike! I love it, and am very impressed with the 99 Bikes team at South Melbourne. Soon after taking delivery of the bike, a warranty issue developed. I just let Ben the team leader know about it and he worked out a resolution for me. 99 Bikes really are The World's Most Approachable Bike Shops!
