I was really impressed with the service from 99 Bikes. I purchased a new bike from them with click and collect, and while I wasn't allowed in the store due to COVID restrictions, the handover was easy and the service rep was really helpful on the phone, making sure I had all that I needed without pushing add-on sales too much. I also booked in my bike for the free checkup service. There's a known issue with the headstem of my bike, and they replaced it as part of the free service. It was done in under an hour and I was back on the road that afternoon. For a business that has such competitive prices and a great online store, I expected to be let down somewhat in the after sales experience, but I've been really impressed with them throughout the buying process.
