Ever since investing with these folks I have never felt out of my depth or at odds with there cycling community. Whether answering my questions or even promoting other cycle stores in my city when they didn’t have what I needed 99 Bikes cares about my needs and interests. Their interest isn’t to sell bikes and get people out the door, they just want people to be comfortable riding their bikes.
