Purchased a couple of kids helmets and found that one of the models (same brand, same models, just different graphics) was a very loose fit, sliding sideways and backwards. The Bentleigh store staff were very welcoming in helping exchange the helmet to another, more secure one. This particular store is always friendly and helpful, hence we keep going back. Thank you.
