I have made two queries at 99 Bikes Castle Hill in one week in which both instances were actioned within half an hour each. I would like to commend this store with the way they attend to their customer’s needs in a very timely manner, exceeding expected response time. A thumbs up to both Chris and Phillip in handling my queries leading to my recent purchase of a Wahoo Kickr Snap indoor trainer and a gift voucher as a 99 club member. I have also posted this exact comment on Google review.
