I've been looking for a bike for months. A wonderful staff member from customer support helped advise me over the phone which bike would be the best fit for me. I really didn't want to buy a bike without seeing it or trying the fit but this lady was extremely knowledgeable. I ordered the bike she recommended and i absolutely love it. Over the duration of bike searching i spoke to the staff at Lidcombe, Carlton and Ryde. Every single staff member was AMAZING!!! Even the delivery guy was awesome. I ride my bike whenever i can, during lockdown it's the only thing keeping me sane. One of the best purchases I've ever made ?
