Hi I recently bought a bike from your Lidcombe store. After one week the bike had issues. We were told to bring the bike in and book an appointment so we can fix the bike. We did. We were told that they are fully booked out until January. There was no reassurance. No customer service. No nothing. I am very disappointed. I would like the bike fixed or even replaced because my son never really got to do anything with it. Can someone get in contact with me in regards to this matter. Thank you
