The team are a friendly bunch of guys who made an effort to help me understand the issues with my bike, identified a couple of other problems I hadn't picked up on, and then turned the job around much faster than I anticipated. All told, I'm very happy and will be taking my bike back in soon for some more help with gears and bar tape etc. I also ordered a saddle from you and received it with no issues. Happy.
