I wasn’t a fan of your store in Ascot Vale, the staff always gave the impression if being too important to talk with customers, maybe that’s why it closed. Very disappointing given it was my closest bike shop. Then I started going to your competitor, which is really good. Anyway I decided to give your Maribyrnong store a go and found it to be a different experience. Good service good advice. Your online portal is easy to use. You never know you might just win me back as a loyal customer.
