Online order was out the door promptly and confirmed via email and verifiable with auspost. Contents arrived at my parcel locker as ordered undamaged thanks to good packaging. Delivery time was slightly lengthened due to australia post capacity during lockdown but not something 99 bikes had control of. Overall happy with the online order/Delivery.
