TV bracket initially ordered needed to be returned as it didn’t span the studs on wall (my error not AV4home’s). Was happy to exchange for larger model of same bracket so e-mailed to explain and request Returns authorisation and order replacement.
E-mail was not responded to after several days, but when I followed up with a phone call everything was sorted out, Received e-mail with RMA and confirmation of delivery of new bracket within 1 hr.
Great range of products, excellent customer service. Would recommend/use again.
