Received my order today a tray of aquatic plants.They were upside down and delivery label was on the side so had been turned upside down in transit.Plants all smashed and soil everywhere.Clearly they need to sort out their delivery company as I see others have had the same issues.Won't ever recommend or use this company again.Such a shame as they were a birthday present for my Mum.
