Very disappointed! I ordered two 9cm potted lavender plants. However, two days after arrival they started to turn brown and dusty from the base. I contacted customer services and received a reply asking for photos which I supplied. Since then no response, no contact, no replacement and desire asking no refund. Still waiting!!
