Used them twice, first time plant turned up damaged, recent one I purchased a climbing rose paid for it waited over a week then received a email saying they have cancelled my order! I had to email back and forth to get an explanation that was there system can’t keep up and said the item was in stock when it wasn’t! but it took over a week for them to realise that?! Would not recommend and wouldn’t use them again
