Due to a compete lack of customer service, I just cancelled my Barclays Hawaiian Air credit card. AirAsia cancelled my flight and issued a partial refund but refused to explain why only a partial refund. I filed a dispute. After two months of contradictory replies from barclays, at one time I was even told I would receive the disputed amount in 2 days, Barclays said no refund because since I accepted the partial refund it voided all future action! I only filed the dispute in the first place due to the partial refund. A complete lack of customer service when dealing with a shady merchant makes this a worthless card to have
