Eventhough I have sent all documents to Barclays it has been more than 2 weeks and no resolution. Terrible credit card. Would not recommend to no one. If I can give a rating of zero would do it. “I have not received my GM Barclay card. There are three small transactions from my Marcus card that are dated Aug 13th, and nothing else, and Barclays are sending me late notices by email asking me to pay. What a huge backward step moving to Barclays is. Also there is no way to contact them by email or chat and trying to call just puts you on indefinite hold.”

Nothing comes out of my account then they charge a $41 return fee, $30 interest fee And this has happened three months in a row so on top of me paying my bill they have also charged me over $200 worth of fees that shouldn’t even be on there… DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!!”

“I pay my account in full every month. In June, for some reason, I scheduled my payment to SEND on the due date instead of being delivered on the due date - my fault, and I took ownership of it. After years of on-time payments, one would think Barclays MIGHT cut me some slack. They charged me a huge interest fee for June, a late fee, and even though my account was paid in full (a day EARLY) in July, I was charged "Residual Interest" on an account where there was no balance.
We closed both of our accounts. We pay a yearly fee for the AA Aviator MC, not worth it. Terrible business practices and lousy customer service (and we don't travel so, American Airline miles don't do us much good...).”

“This is the worst Credit Card you could possibly have. I wrote to them that they had been charging me $4.99 for a long time that I had not authorized. A few weeks later I received 42 letters in one day, each exactly the same except for a Number (which meant nothing to me) . I called and cancelled the card, it wasn't easy -I had to demand the card by closed. Since that time I received many more letters and phone calls from Barclays (from India) that said -either they were looking into it or they had determined that it was my fault. I did receive a notice from the Account that was charging me - saying they would give me a $15.00 credit and was sorry about the misunderstanding. Today I received a bill from Barclays for the $15.00 that had been credited and they continue to charge my closed account. A card you can never leave/.”
