had issues with them not refunding a charge on what turned out to be a NASTY hotel room. I called them and told them I was leaving because I was shown 2 different rooms; one had a MASSIVE hole punch in the door and the other reeked of pot.
They upheld the charges when I stayed less than an hour between moving my things twice. Just saw they wiped out all of the choice hotel points that I DID have. this company is garbage
