Consumer fraud protection is non-existent. We were defrauded by a company and upon contacting Barclays quickly learned that consumer protection while stated to be a part of the cardmember agreement is not available. I was lied to by several customer service reps, and during the entire "investigation" not once did anyone from Barclay's reach out to me for our documentation or side of the story. Needless to say we'll be looking for another financial institution to do business with.
