WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD FOR ANY CREDIT CARD. They locked me out of my account due to suspicious activity. They did not notify me. When I went to pay my bill I could not get online. I called and they said they would straighten it out and put me on hold for over an hour. I finally hung up. I called back and went through the whole story. They would not take responsibility for not notifying me nor help me even though I was leaving town on a business trip and wouldn't have time to deal with this before my bill was due. So I finally paid by phone and asked them to start sending me bills by mail. I tried waiting another hour after that to get my online access back with no luck. I will be cancelling my cards when I return to town.
