The bank closed my account, without warning and for no reason and this closure hurt my credit score. I did not owe them money, I was not late and I had not actually used the card in some time - which is the reason they gave me for the closure.
When I called to get it reinstates so that my credit score would not be hurt by the loss of credit limit, they refused.
