Don’t open a credit card with Barclays. Worst customer service ever! Not able to get help from any of their services. Waited 3 separate times to be connected to someone on telephone banking, was put on hold for an hour each time. I went to one of their branches, apparently they dont deal with barclaycard queries in their branches. I finally got through to someone via telephone only for them to
tell me that nothing can be done. Their app is absolutely rubbish to, their live chat services don’t work! What an absolute headache!
