My wife had her Credit card stolen and Barclays refused to return the money that was illegally charged to us.
They assumed she had the credit card with her when the purchase was made even though there was a police report.
When talking to the 'Help desk' they did not realise that a PIN was not necessary in THE USA whereas it is in Europe
