Absolutely the worst service. My Banana Republic CC was sold to them and I have been trying for 3 months (numerous calls and many, many transfers to other people) just to try to set up my online account. I have not seen a bill in over 4 months. They can't get it done but are charging me late fees anyway. I have to call each month to pay my bill, without seeing the charges. It has had good benefits in the past but the headache of dealing with Barclays has made me consider cancelling all together.
