HORRIBLE company!! I never write reviews but this is the worst experience I have had. I lost my card but need my card to get into my account. Will not send me another card because I do not have my OLD card number. Even though I verified my social security number, phone number, address and DOB. Instead they insisted I just pay my payment and I also needed to get on to my online account which they have been having technical difficulty for TWO WEEKS NOW. I was told it would be fixed within two days. No, its been two weeks and no one is able to get online.
