Barclays took over Old Navy. My card was reissued WITHOUT an expiration date. I called and asked for another. The new one is the same. I do most of my shopping online and this has caused major issues. Then I tried to pay the bill. I have my account number and the number on both of mlame cards. I have double checked my user name, email, and password. I absolutely CANNOT pay my bill online. I have to call each month and then have to endure condescending operators who treat me like I'm stupid because I cannot pay online. I work with computers every day for a living. Your site has major issues. My paper bill was inordinately long and I do not want to use checks because I am trying to help save the environment. Barclays has very poor busines practices.
