Everything. There were fraudulent charges on my card, I reported it an was issued a new card and then was unable to jump through the hoops to reactivate it so I didn’t, . I then received more charges (on inactivated card] so I called and cancelled, and then , got another bill with a 100% late fee, to end the nightmare , I paid and just got a dunning email.
BTW, in all of this , of the 5 different people I talked to, all were arrogant and condescending.
How much do I have to pay to get you gone?
