I too am here to complain about the fact that Banana Republic - Gap sold my account to Barclays. I never received an replacement card and I even tried to do a balance transfer to a ZERO apr card BEFORE they took over my account and they somehow blocked it. Now I can't even get into my account and I also agree (like everyone else here) that their customer service is below par (people are nice, but incapable of doing anything to help).
Having a credit card shouldnt be a part time job - just to perform simple tasks.
I suggest you ALL make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau like I have done. Maybe if enough pf us complain, something will actually happen.
