I have contacted customer service 4 times in regard to not being able to access my card info on-line due to not receiving a text or email with the secure code to verify it is me. I still am not able to receive the secure code! They claimed to have solved my problem saying I said I did not want text or email communication even though I initially requested paperless billing! They assured me the last time they had fixed this and I would receive an email with a confirmation code in a few hours. It is the next day & I still do not have an email and am still unable to access my statements!! Going to pay this off and close the acct. it has been nothing but a headache just to pay my bill!!
