This used to be a good credit card company, but something has gone bad. Now, in order to redeem your rewards earned by using the card, you are required to receive a "secure code" via a text message; however, the text message never arrives, and thus, you cannot use the rewards. The tech support is pretty much helpless. So are the "rewards" that one earns by using the credit card for travel purchases just a big scam or is the problem that this company is very poorly run and clueless?
Can't wait to get rid of this card!
