The worst experience! They call it a glitch, they have an error on my account since August 28. Talked to 15 people at least. Promising correction but as of Oct 18th, not done.
I reported them to several agencies in the US and will follow government complaints in England. THEY NEED AN AUDIT. TRYING TO OVERCHARGE ME.
