What is wrong with Barclaycard is that customer service is probably the worse in the U.K. Impossible to speak to a human being, emails are ignored by both customer service and the Chief Executives office, impossible to register the app on a new device…..
I could go on but I am slowly but surely losing the will to live with Barclays.
If you are looking for a credit card DO NOT APPLY FOR A BARCLAYCARD IT SIMPLY IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND HASSLE.
Over the years I have used a number of credit cards and Barclaycard is by a long way the worse.
