They never answer their phones in an agreeable time-frame, upto 2 hours to just get a customer service rep on the phone and that rep will hang up on you if you have any disagreement with them.
Barclays in general, their card company, through to their banking is corrupt, unprofessional and are taking every single one of their customers for a ride.
I put them alongside those of THIEVES.
