In the last year I have tried three times to contact Barclaycard about several issues. Chat function not available on web or App. No message/email service. On phone, takes an hour to get through the turgid automated service and then on to someone who cannot help and puts you right back to the general menu. Worst contact service ever. Today, lost hours of my life and have resolved nothing, not even reached someone who thinks they are the right person to talk to.
