I have been with jet blue for over 15 years. Have been mosaic for the last 8 years. I have a jetblue credit card which barclays US is the administrator. I have excellent credit and pay in full each month. I spend an average of $60 thousand dollars a year. They recently suspended my card until i send them a copy of my social security card and government id. In the mail, they said I hey sent me letter in the mail that i didn’t receive. Yet they want me to send personal info in the mail. They stranded my daughter on vacation. So frustrating, have spoken to many people. “Their police is their police’. I asked for more time since i had to get new ss card. Un flexible, i am going to have to cancel card, its terrible that jetblue will suffer, since i will get another airline card and fly them because i fly 20 times a year. Hope this policy has an impact of barclays business. Jet blue you should go back to american express.
