WORST customer service I've experienced in my life. Barclays cashed my payment, then proceeded to send me late notices, add late fees AND drop my credit score. 3.5 HOURS!!! on the phone over 2 days. "disconnected" 5-6x, told supervisor would call me (didn't of course). FINALLY got transferred to "resolution" dept who only opened a case, told me it could take 2 billing cycles to look into. Then if they found payment I would need to open a case to reverse my credit score. Unbelievable!!!! Never, ever again.
