0/5 stars. I was never given a confirmation email of my payment processing, so I accidently submitted it twice. When I called to correct the problem, I was told it would take 5-10 business days. Upon checking my bank, to see if the funds had been returned (the double payment made me negative in my account) I saw there was an additional $20 taken out for a Service fee ( for the 8 months I've had the card, there has never been a service fee), when I inquired about that, I was told they don't have record of it. Now there is apparently nothing I can do.
