Over a fortnight ago I wrote a letter of complaint to Barclaycard which has not been acknowledged. On my last statement there were twenty five transactions of £77.40 to the same company one beneath the other.
The company notified me to say there was an error, apologised and put £1857.60 back on my card.
Barclaycard did not flag this up which I find shocking.
