Barclay is a joke. They manage Old Navy cards. I never got a bill, apparently, they got my address wrong. Within 60 days they sent me to collections. I have never been late on a payment and I have excellent credit score, near 800. Not now, thanks to this unreputable company. They never called me or emailed me. Yet took the time to report me to collections. Simply poorly managed.
