Total disaster with American Airline promotion. Canceled our tickets (after charging mileage credits) without notifying us. Applied fees and taxes that are covered. When we inquired told us it was a glitch in their systems. Cost us additional $850 to reinstate flights with American AA. Have yet to reinstate our points or apply credit to our tickets. Spoke wit numerous parties at both Barclay and AA. Bottom Line: DO NOT sign up for any promotional cards with Barclay or A-Airlines. Not a single person at either company took any initiative to assist us in getting this corrected. Still waiting for “return” call.
