My Barclayscard limit was massively reduced down to £150 without any genuine explanation. When I asked them they said the credit agencies have informed them to at I missed a payment. When contacted the credit agencies, they said they was nothing in the report to indicate the same. I then pulled out my credit report to assure myself and couldn’t spot anything either. The complaints department is rubbish. After sharing this experience with my friend, she said they are not goof with their service as she used to work there.
