Hopeless - inexplicably reduced my credit limit. I’ve been a customer >20 years, never missed a payment and had a platinum card. I hadn’t used it and didn’t need to, and my credit score had actually gone up >600 but galling to see nonetheless.
No explanation provided. I shredded it and got a competitors black card with a higher limit within 48hr.
Don’t bother with Bcard… they’re rubbish.
