The website and phone system will accept ypur payment and even send a confirmation email, then you will discover days to weeks later that it did not actually go through and you will not have been notified. Also, if you have secondary bank accounts listed, it will sometimes pull from a different account than the one you click. If you call to notify, they will tell you it is corrected, but it won't be. Even if you remove that account from the website, Barclay will conrinue to hit the wrong account over and over again and you're on the hook for bank overdraft fees. Every time you speak to a representative, you'll be told it is fixed, only to find out later it was not. Absolute nightmare.
