I traveled internationally and let them know ahead of time. Because my international call service plan didn’t work, I had no way to use the internet or my phone to make calls or payments. Then I called when I returned home and tried to get the interest charge reembursed and they said they couldn’t do it because it was a valid charge.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said they couldn’t do it as a courtesy, (no it was an error not a favor,) because they had already done one 6 months prior. That instance had been an error THEY made but they acted like both times were my fault. It was only a 51 dollar charge but to me who’s poor every dollar matters. Worst experience.
