I bought a cooker and only after 13 months it malfunctioned. I'd bought it using my barclaycard as I thought I would have some protection if I had a problem.
So wrong I was , after 6 months of phoning barclaycard sending them information they asked for I still have no contact from them as to what is happening over my complaint.
I feel absolutely disgusted in their sloppy customer service. I've now had to get the ombudsman involved as I can't get any where with them.
I wouldn't even give them one star if that option was possible
