Barclays has the worst phone customer service of all credit cards that I have. A fraudulent charge caused Barclays to limit transaction activity with an instruction to call customer service. I called the provided # 4 times and have been left on hold for no less than 1 hour and as much as 2 hours. Glad to have speaker phone, but I am outraged that Barclays customer service is so badly managed. My future use of this card will be limited to recurring charges. I have other cards to use for regular purchases. I do not recommend getting this card, particularly if you don't intend to have other cards that you carry for on the spot use.
