By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had fraudulent charges and was told I needed to cancel my existing card and get a new one, different account number. I have spent the last two days trying navigate their 866 928 3104 number. Three calls yesterday. First one I had to hang up as the reps could barely speak English. Second call I was on hold for almost 50 minutes before I gave up. Third call I finally get someone who can speak English and she tells me there is no issue with my card and it is activated. Today I try to use the card and it is declined. So I call in again and an auto attendant message states there is a two hour wait to speak with a rep. Unbelievable.
