I have been a customer of Barclays for 20 years and I have never received such bad customer service. I have been waiting for three months to have something put right, everytime I call I’m told something different. Initially I was told the problem would be resolved within 6-6 working days. I was sent a letter in the post that didn’t make any sense. When I call sometimes I’m disconnected. After 20 years I’m changing bank!
