Terrible Company with Poor and Bad Customer Service.
I contacted the security department to report fraudulent and authorized transactions on my credit card. I was on hold for over 2 hours just to report this and to get my credit card canceled. About a week later, I called again to report another fraudulent and authorized transaction that went through after I canceled my credit card. I was told the transaction will be reported to the security department and it will be removed after 2-3 business days. A week went by and the transaction was still on my account. So I called the security department and have been on hold for over 3 hours now. If you are considering getting a jetBlue credit card, I highly suggest NOT to. You will regret it just like I did.
